Staff is always friendly and takes the time to ask how you are feeling. I love getting my massages with Andrea, she has given me so much relief and each time she makes sure to address any issues I may be having. I leave feeling so much better every visit. I highly recommend Elements to anyone looking for consistency and personal attention. Massages are not 1 size fits all and these therapists understand that. Self-care is so important, its worth it here.
I was a little skeptical about a massage place in a Home Depot plaza while visiting Plymouth, but I trusted the online reviews and Elements did not disappoint. Elements was clean and inviting with a relaxing vibe from reception to check out. Rebecca gave me an excellent, relaxing evening deep tissue massage that helped release shoulder tension and sent me off to a good night's sleep. I would go back and highly recommend.
I usually go to Jillian, but I know all the therapists are well qualified and wonderful. The salon is very clean and calming. Jillian gives an amazing deep tissue massage!
Jillian is an experienced pro. She finds the source of tension, works it out with strong pressure (if that’s what you want) and is incredibly kind. The atmosphere here is calming and comfortable. Great COVID precautions.
Lindsey is the best massage therapist! I have had multiple overuse injuries and she always finds a way to work them out. Her pressure is excellent and her ability to provide a high quality sports massage is amazing. You know she is excellent because she is always booked.nElements is lucky to have her on staff!
