The retail manager Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING!! She helped us get everything set up in a timely manner and Metro refused to release my iPhone to T-Mobile. It was a whole mess. She stayed calm not aggravated and provided amazing customer service! After we tried numerous things to get my phone unlocked with metro stating it was unlocked and ready to go it still didn’t work. So she helped us find a phone we could afford and waived the activation fee because I had already paid to have my phone activated and it wasn’t working!nOverall she provided outstanding customer service! I would recommend this store specially to anyone because of Jennifer! We are so grateful that we were able to be helped by someone who was so patient and knew exactly how to do their job!nThank you Jennifer!n- Jessica & Bobby Goins!

Amazing Sprint store with some of the best people to help you. Jennifer and Dakota are very friendly and go out of their way to set up your phone and get you the best deal.
