Jordan at Shore Tours was very helpful in booking our excursion, she answered all of my questions and got us booked on something that fit our needs and our cruise schedule. Unfortunately our cruise was cancelled and we also to had cancel our excursion, but Jordan could not have been more helpful or friendly with that process as well. When we finally make it to Alaska in the future I can't wait to book with Alaska Shore Tours again.

Our paddle and trek tour far exceeded expectations. Whisper and Daniel were amazing guides. They taught us so much and safely led us to some spectacular spots on the glacier. We were lucky enough to be there when it was possible to enter some incredible ice caves. This was by far the best excursion I have ever done on any trip. We did the tour as a family of 4 and felt very comfortable in the canoe and on the glacier. It is an amazing way to learn about glaciers and see spectacular scenery along the way.

This experience was the highlight of our trip to Alaska! If you love animals/dogs, this is the trip for you. Our guide, Thomas, was fun and knowledgeable. He kept us entertained the whole time! Once we arrived at the Musher's Camp, we were greeted by more incredible staff. We LOVED meeting the dogs and riding in the sled. Our musher, Miriam, gave us a lot of information about the dogs and answered all of our questions. It was so fun petting the dogs and taking pictures with them after their run. And then... the puppies!! I literally look at the videos we took with the puppies whenever I'm stressed out. They will instantly put you in a good mood. Highly recommend!

Our whale watching tour was AWESOME!! Captains Marina and Brendan were the best tour guides!! We saw so many whales and our boat was not crowded. We had only 20 people on the boat and plenty of space to move around and look. The Captains were so knowledgeable too!!

We unfortunately had to cancel our excurions due to the cruise ship crisis. When connecting with Alaska Shore Tours, every person we spoke to was supportive and understanding of our situation. Our monies were refunded promptly and fully. We do look forward to a future opportunity when we can visit Alaska, and we look forward to booking with AST!
