I worked with James prior to moving and rented one unit, he was easy to deal with and very friendly. When we brought all of our belongings in a moving truck we quickly realized we would need a second unit, James was able to set us with a second unit within a few minutes. On what could have been an extremely stressful day everything went smoothly! Both of our units were clean and easy to access.
The Ashland branch staff has been incredibly helpful in helping me coordinate my move into the unit and accommodating my specific needs. I am more than satisfied with the service.
The guy was super friendly and willing to show me the different size units even when it was like 90 something degrees outside. He was very informative. Prices were decent for the amount of space you rent. Lot was clean and secure. I would definitely recommend this storage place to friends and family.
