Zero stars. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. No communication and had to threaten legal intervention to get my stuff shipped. Particularly Armando was my contact and ignored all emails and fobbed off telephone enquirers. I had no communication about a date for moving, despite the smug reply below, they simply answered that they’d keep me informed and when I called, we’re never clear that they required payment for storage before shipping. In fact, as they were so late in shipping, they would STILL need payment for storage, making their passive aggressive reply to this review a void argument. Still no date on move and they have, to date, not sent proof of written request for storage payment prior to a shipping date being given. The fact that I’d have at least a week to close off dies once I KNEW the final arrival date means I can pay for the storage in full. These guys are clowns, do yourself a favor and use a service that respects the customer and cares.

I used Ocean Moving and Storage to move household goods and furniture from Palm Coast, FL to Long Island, NY. Sheri was very professional and diligent.She coordinated the pickup and delivery, the billing and any questions that I had. Although other movers told me it could be 2 weeks for delivery, Sheri had my things there in 3 days. They were fair and reasonable with their billings and service.

I gave them one star simply because there was no option for zero or negative stars. ANY, literally ANY OTHER company would be better than this one. The crew that showed up to pick up our things - the crew leader acted like he was doing us a favor by doing his job. He acted like we had so much stuff and it was really inconvenient for him. I actually asked him how much he hates his job because that was his attitude. Then for delivery, the customer service rep had no idea when delivery was happening. First told me it was Sat or Sun. Sat morning tells me that if I don't hear from the driver by Tues, she'll call and find out where he is. WTH??? RUN.

Moved my household goods from Florida to Massachusetts and upon delivery had broken my 65” TV and severely damaged a handmade wooden hutch. Paid them to pack and protect! I provided receipts and quotes for Repair...total damages were over $500!!!! They will only pay $60!!! This is NOT a trustworthy company and should be very weary about shipping expensive or important items.

These guys were great. Packed our things so well with shipping blankets and shrink wrap. Very impressed with their hard work and attention to detail. Danny and Michael made a stressful experience much less stressful. We want to thank them. Very courteous and professional.
