Pat is incredible baker! We wanted a custom cake bite that we had enjoyed at a recent wedding in Missouri. She was able to make samples for us while we visited Maui for our wedding planning trip last year. We were so impressed and in love with the cake bites. They were French vanilla cake balls (not cake pops) with buttercream filling, rolled in white chocolate and dipped in sanding sugar. They were above and beyond what we were expecting compared to the cake bites that inspired us to request these. I have never tasted such an incredible wedding cake creation. We were so excited to have them again for our wedding, that even though our guest list number decreased, we kept the order the same so that we would have plenty leftover for our wedding week and honeymoon. I had emailed with her several times as we approached the wedding to confirm the cake bites would be the same. Come reception time, the cake bites were brought out and we were so excited. As I bit into one, I noticed there was no buttercream filling. I was incredibly disappointed as this was the part that really added to the flavor of the cake bites she had made for us originally. The cake bites were still a big hit at the wedding and our guests loved them. We still highly recommend Pat and Cravings Bakery. We hope to order some of the cake bites again on our next trip to Maui.

Patricia helped me pull off a big surprise-delivering a vegan layer cake to a friend for her birthday the day after Christmas. I didn’t think I’d find a place that would deliver due the the holiday! Great, friendly service.
