Delicious breads! Great selection of basics AND unique pastries! Visited twice during our vacation. Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. Best selection early in the morning. Can have a line out the door since there are only 4 customers allowed at a time (right now due to covid). Good gluten-free options. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Finally we have a bakery that produces authentic German bread as well as Hawaiian pastries. We are so thankful to the German baker and his family for coming to Maui and sharing their live of German food with us.nThe people are friendly, courteous and helpful.

Stopped in on a whim and couldn’t be happier! The women at the front were wonderful and not even a little bit frustrated when we arrived 30 minutes before closing (sorry!). We tried the pineapple loaf and pb bacon cookie - Such unique flavors! Everything is baked in house from scratch. We’ll be back here for breakfast before heading back home. Thanks again for a lovely experience :)
