Went in to purchase an office chair. Ann Marie was so helpful showing me all my options. When I decided on a chair she went through all of its functions. She helped me decide on color. It was great service and I was happy with the price.
We came into the store a few weeks ago and met Ann Marie who helped us with the specs for a bed frame. After many questions from us over the next few weeks and all the right answers from Ann Marie and her associates, we finally made a purchase of the bed frame and a few other items too. We are happy customers due to very good customer service!
I visited one other store before going to Circle. As usual the staff were helpful and efficient, and the product is well-made, looks good, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Purchased Stressless recliner. Very knowledgeable staff to help us through all the options and configure perfectly for our home. Was kept up with delivery outlook. Despite the pandemic, actually arrived early.
Being able to actually sit on the sectional I was interested in and to borrow fabric samples was so important in making my purchase. Staff at the Framingham store were wonderful in helping me decide and in placing my order. Sectional and sofa were delivered on schedule and look exactly as I wanted. I have already recommended Circle Furniture to friends and will continue to do so. Great style, great price, great service.
