We had creative carpet install around 1000sq ft of carpet in our basement and couldn’t be happier. The owners were super friendly and didn’t try to push us into anything in particular. They even discouraged us from spending extra on fancy carpet pads and the overall price included a great pad and installation and was extremely competitive. The installers were very friendly and completed the whole job in a few hours including a set of steps. We were extremely pleased with our experience at Creative carpet after initially considering quite a few big box stores and other sellers. I would highly recommend them. Friendly, reasonably priced and professional!

You did what no one else was willing to do that I have dealt with in the last few years which was listening to my specific needs and doing whatever it took to get it done.
