Crumbl Cookies - Marysville

Best cookies EVER! My family and I are so excited that a Crumbl finally opened near us. We have been there 3 times since the grand opening last month, and each visit has been exceptional. Great, friendly customer service, and our cookies came just right- warm or chilled, and seriously delicious. Cooked perfectly, just the right amount of frosting on each. I love the almond flavor in the sugar cookie. It has been very busy but the line goes swiftly and it seems like they have a great system going behind the counter. I love that they have a rotating menu each week, so you can always try something new and have something different! Such a great idea and keeps customers (ME) coming back for more! Can’t wait to continue going, and treating my friends and family to these awesome, unique cookies!! Highly recommend.

Wow!!!! Scrumptious cookies!! Absolutely loved them!! We ordered the box of 4 and tried 3 types: Confetti and Oatmeal which were served warm. These are big and like the name, crumble, so we had to wait until we got home to eat them. I also got 2 chilled frosted sugars cookies and are absolutely perfect and I’m picky!! It’s taken me about a full-day to eat one. Definitely going back for more!! We took advantage of the curbside option due to our own preference during the pandemic and was super fast especially considering there was a line outside. Love the App! For us it was a 40-minute round trip drive BUT no complaints!! Glad we got the box of 4 to enjoy over the weekend!! Love to see what other flavors will come out each week.. ud83cudf6a

I went on Opening Day. They were busy. Ladies that waited on me were friendly. During the ordering process, they turn their computer screen around for you to do their work and then the screen will ask if you want to give a tip. What for? I just did your job!nI bought 4 cookies, which I got 4 different ones to try the tastes. I can't believe the price for a gourmet cookie. They are $4.00 ea. I anticipated a real delicious experience to say the least at that price. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed.nThey all were undercooked. Very doughy inside. Not at all what I had expected!nI noticed a review had mentioned the same problem and the owners response was it is a soft cookie inside and crispy outside. This is incorrect. There is a difference between soft inside and not cooked. These were not cooked inside they are undercooked. May as well go home and eat dough and save the $4.nI'm not sure why they get a 5 star review? Except it must be another fad. Just like Starbucks. I had such high hopes that it was going to taste similar to what Mrs. Fields was back in the day. Those were gourmet and fully cooked inside. Time will tell if people really like undercooked cookies as the newness wears off the new business.

I am originally from Utah and when I heard that Crumbl was making their way here I was jumping up and down. These cookies are amazing and their different flavors are so fun.nI have been to the Marysville location multiple times since it has opened and it has been a great experience each time.nThank you for making me feel like I am home.

Melt in your mouth goodness. Highly recommend! Easy curbside pickup. Friendly associate brought out our party box of a dozen cookies. He was very friendly and welcomed me to the store. Store appeared clean and they have a solid operation. High five to management! Small line out the door which is to be expected for these delicious cookies! Their website says new flavors each week. We're excited to try other flavors.
