The service counter person was really kind and helpful. Told me upfront that he couldn't do the repair and didn't try to sell me on something new.

The help desk for printing did a great job. Very professional, they did a thorough job sending my paperwork.

I went there for the ups drop-off center, and i brought the item I wanted to ship back. When i brought the items to the person behind the desk for UPS drop-off, she said that they could not be shipped state they were, which was without any packaging. In the past I had done this exact same thing and they packaged it up and print it out the label for me for free. She said that if I wanted to print out the label I could go over and pay to use a printer, and I would have to buy packing. This was a major inconvenience and the lady was not very pleasant to talk to which is a shame because everyone else has been rather polite every time I've gone. Ended up having to take the things home because I did not have money to pay for a free label and packaging. I will be going to a friendlier more consistent place for UPS drop offs for now.

Very unhappy with the cooperation we had on the sales for getting a computer. He acted like he couldn't wait to not wait on us. We have always bought our computers from Staples. We usually have a very friendly conversation we the past times being in there. Maybe he was having a bad day. But it really didnt help our buying time in there today. We would gone somewhere else but needed one today.

I had an amazing experience today with Gabriel at the copy & print center. He was able to help me with my label dilemma in a timely and efficient manner. He is the best.
