I ordered a bedroom set in August over 3 months ago. Today I received a call that my bedroom set which originally I was told should be in in like 6 weeks finally came in today. Then when asked when it could be delivered Jason let me know the soonest he could bring it out was next Friday. I have a pregnant girlfriend and like I told him it is hard for her to get on and off the floor. Was it possible for me to come pick up the bed at least today? I mean I literally already waited 3 months. He let me know that I could not. Not only did I have to wait until Friday but my girlfriend who was also on the order for the furniture couldn't even sign for the furniture herself so could I also drive 35 miles to go sign the delivery slip for them. If I had it all to do over again I would have done something else. Definitely won't be shopping any more at Aaron's.

Terrible store! I called in to pay my bill and showed interest in a laptop but said I wouldn't know of i could get it for a few days. They called me three times a day, harrassing me and when I finally told them I was sure I could get it, they said they would email me the lease agreement to sign so I could pick it up in the morning. I havent heard from them since. Terrible customer service. Terrible people, the only guy who actually helped was Jason. Now I dont know if i will even be able to get it until Friday and thats my job. My work. If I could give them a 0 star, I would.
