We absolutely love our tub! The customer service is amazing and always ready to help answer questions you might have. We went in not knowing a whole lot about hot tubs. We gave Cody some things we liked and didn't like about hot tubs we have used and he found us a perfect match! The team that comes and sets up the tub was super fast and very polite! So happy we went with a Hot Springs Spa. After going to every competitor in town we went back to Montana Hot Springs Spa to purchase our spa. Very knowledgeable staff. Cody Helped us find the right spa for my family without trying to talk us into unnecessary upgrades or upsells. Install was seamless and smooth. They explained everything very well for someone completely new to owning a hot tub. I have zero regrets about purchasing from them.

I have been so impressed with the entire staff, and I couldn't be happier with the hot tub we purchased. What amazing customer service, from the owner Scott all the way through the entire company. They continue to go above and beyond. The delivery crew, the electrician they recommend, the way they had exactly everything written down for how to care for it, and Melissa who was kind enough to walk me through a few maintenance questions whenever I have called. They have made owning a hot tub so enjoyable. It has been one of the best purchases for our family, and I am so thankful. You will not regret buying a hot tub from Montana Hot springs.
We didn't really know much about hot tubs or what we were looking for. Cody was very helpful in taking the time to explain the differences between all the hot tubs. This place came highly recommended from neighbors and did not disappoint. Will definitely go back when we want to upgrade.nThe deliver crew was also awesome.
