Went in for a shellac manicure they charged me extra to soak off the gel polish which is the correct way of taking it off ! They prefer To drill it off which is faster but not the correct way ! Left residue of old shellac color on corners and also used a used file ! Which I stated I knew was used ! Will be calling Montana state board on them UNSANITARY

First time going to this place, but also my last! I was told by plenty of previous customers, after the fact, that they also had a bad experience and that they also would not be returning! Cost was way too high for the rushed and half done job they did! The customers have spoken!

They do a great job! I always just bring in a picture of what I want and they match it exactly!
