I highly recommend Mariposa Massage. From the time I walk in, I’m always greeted with a warm welcome, good energy and smiles. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing, which is a huge part of the entire experience. I see Lindi every 2 weeks and the quality of my massage is top notch. They have oils, cupping, hot stone...just to name some tools that are used in combination with your massage. I’ve been to quite a few places here in town and out of state....this is by far my TOP choice. Massage is a vital part of my self care and health, so it was important to find someone who understood my body and what it needed. If I could give 10 stars I would. Love this team!

A motorcycle wreck years ago really messed me up. I have chronic upper back and neck issues. While I've had many enjoyable massages, Holly at Mariposa have me a great therapeutic massage. She is a physical therapist who also does massage and she knows her stuff. It was such a helpful massage I scheduled a second one before I left the studio. I've never done that before. The studio is clean and the woman at the desk was great. My only disappointment is the the massage room was overly bright.

What a great place to relax! After moving here from out of state and doing without for six months I was so happy to find Mariposa! What great massages. All stress and tension gone. Also the foot bathes are wonderful getting rid of all the nasties. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel at home and welcome. Thank you everyone!

Had a new massage therapist Sheila. OUTSTANDING. Frankly I have never been disappointed with a massage or Detox Foot Bath soak and bio-feedback. HIGHLY recommend Mariposa Massage to anyone needing to get relief from pain, or to relax. They are my go to place!

Hands down, the best massage therapist in Helena. I have had trouble with my neck and back for years. Then I became a photographer which put an additional strain on my body. But after my first visit to Mariposa Massage with Sydnee, she literally changed my life. If you want someone who listens, takes care and pride in their work, and wants to see you better, go here. You won't regret it.
