I scheduled a 90 minute massage for VALENTINES DAY for my girlfriend... We arrived 15 minutes early, and my girlfriend was told Esmeralda was setting up her stuff and would be right out.. After 30 MINUTES of waiting the desk person FINALLY went to check on Esmeralda only to find, SHE WASN'T EVEN THERE YET!!! And HER PHONE WAS GOING STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL...They offered a partial refund and a STUDENT massage. I wish to THANK ESMERALDA for ruiningValentines Day gift! I hope whatever kept you out of work, was worth it.
My BF bought me a Valentine's day massage and the girl was a NCNS and the only person available was a student. The massage itself was OK, you could tell he was still a student. They did refund our money. The front desk girls were very nice and apologetic.
Tamela was wonderful! We did a full body deep massage! I would go back to her again and recommend her services.
