great stuff, pricy
I went to this store to see what I was going to order after researching it online. It’s was a nightmare. The order and color I wanted is the first choice of this product online but they stamped my order as ‘special’. I complained and the manager crossed it out with a pen but said it’s still special because it’s not in the store. But nothing is in the store and everything is ordered anyway. They just gave me a creepy feeling. I am looking forward to my order and I will never enter that store again.
Update: Carrie, the store manager, has been working with me regarding this issue and has located and rushed the delivery. Walked me through the rest of the process. I appreciate the follow through. Therefore I am updating the stars.nnHorrible experience. Ordered two reclining chairs and a reclining couch. I have received my chairs (which needed service twice) AND have not yet received my couch after 13 weeks. Was told it would arrive 6 weeks ago. Now they are stating it will be ANOTHER 3 weeks! Do NOT order from La-z-days, Ina Road, Tucson AZ. Regret my decision to purchase furniture from them.
Rich at the Ina Rd. La-Z-Boy location spent considerable time with lots of patience in helping me find the perfect recliners for our home. His advice & expertise are outstanding, & his professional but friendly manner is superb.nLa-Z-Boy is a fantastic company & the staff is the best!
I just want to thank the staff initially because when I pulled up in the handicapped spot in front of the store one of the female employees went and opened the front door for me and offered a wheelchair for me which I gladly accepted. I aske for the salesperson who I had spoke to on the phone last night. She quickly responded with the wheelchair and pushed me to the area where the lift hairs were. Tristan was very knowledgeable on the chairs and showed me which were on sale. I showed her a picture of the living room area where the chair would be and she helped me pick a suitable color.. she answered my questions of scotchgard and helped me pick out a very nice chair that was very comfortable. I was very happy with my entire purchase experience. She then pushed me outside and when I had difficulty getting up out of the wheelchair she went out of her way again to get me help. To say the least I was blessed with a very satisfying and pleasurable experience. Thank you very much Tristan and Steve!
