I'm reading through some of the negative comments on here and I can't stop laughing. People are crying cause they are not making payments, because they didn't follow instructions, they are impatient...it goes on. Take the negative comments with a grain of salt. Even one ex employee spreading blatant lies. We moved to AZ in October of 2020. The first person we dealt with was Hollis. I can't say enough good things about this incredible employee! He was beyond friendly, and he bent over backwards to get us exactly what we wanted and helped us make sure we got to pay exactly when we wanted to as well. Give this man a raise! We jokingly call him Aaron because to us he the face of the company. Also the new manager,who I believe is Melissa, is fantastic as well. She's super friendly and also works with us if we have even the slightest issue. We just walk in and tell her what we would like and that's it. She takes care of all of it for us. Then calls us to let us know when it is gonna show up. This place is perfect for when you want furniture but don't wanna break the bank or get stick with something you don't like. We have already purchased and returned 4 separate couches and they just make it so easy!

At this juncture, we are very dissatisfied, in the method in which the customer service is being handled. Yes, we are behind in our payment for the washer, and yes, the Manager, has been working with us. But, the original Samsung washer stopped working, after a month or so, we called Aaron's for a replacement, but they don't carry this model any longer. A loner was brought out, and we were not given any instructions how the loner . works. We tried to turn on the loner this morning, and nothing is working. We are disappointed, that we are left without a working washer, and we are not given the opportunity for an upgrade. So, in reading many of the reviews now, Aaron's, has a lot to do towards their customer service. We understand, business is business, but without, customer appreciation, there would be no business. So how do we get this corrected?

The service that I receive at Aaron's on 22nd and wilmot far surpasses that of other places that I have been. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and ready and willing to do whatever it takes to please their customers. Let me put it like this, I would furnish my whole house out of the errands on 22nd and wilmot because of the service is first class.
