Big warehouse with a lot of nice pieces of furniture at very reasonable prices. Salesforce not to well trained but very friendly. The delivery young men were absolutely professional and set up was done in a highly efficient manner. It did take a week after purchasing to deliver. The quality of my purchase was a huge value. I recommend you get their sales ad for great values.

After being in the store for a good 30-40 minutes, Gustavo was the first to acknowledge me. He was working with another client but took the opportunity to welcome me and reassure me that he would be back to help me. There was several sales people who were clearly not working with anyone that passed right by me without a word. He worked hard to get me what I wanted and helped me stay within my budget. I wish I could've bought more on this visit, but i know that I will look for him on my return!! Thank you Gustavo!!

Stick with me on this roller coaster of a review. Tyler was a great salesman. He answered all our questions, and sold us a great couch. Here's where the problem starts. We were quoted 25 go 30 minutes for self pickup. That didn't happen. I understand everyone has their bad days, and the loading departments day was this day. Almost 2 hours later, we finally got out of there. I was frustrated to say the least. That's where things got better. Neal, the sales manager for the day, went out of his way to show excellent customer service and even after some hiccups after getting home, he took care of the problem. He was the epitome of good customer service. After the less then stellar experience, he made it great. Will return when needing new furniture. Thanks Neal!

I have been waiting for my couches for a month. They are happy to take your money and tell you you will get your couches at this date.call them and they tell you the couches are still in back order and the customers before me are getting the couches first.i was not informed about people waiting before to get delivery. I am so upset.i also told them that is fine just bring me the love seat so I can have at least that. I did not get the love seat.if I haven't bought my picture frames and decorations to match couches I would get my money back.

Gilbert was so awesome! He was very patient while I changed my mind 3 or 4 times. He was very professional and knowledgeable! We ended up buying more than we came in for! We will be back to see him again!
