Melanie was so helpful and I felt that my passport information was in good hands. The passport pictures was only $10 and very good quality. Great pictures Melanie! Melanie also had good recommendations for me and I felt that she was very knowledgable in what she was doing. It is a first come first serve basis. We did have to wait about 15 minutes per person and there were about 3 people in front of us. I felt like Melanie spent the right amount of time with each person and answered each person questions without making them feel rushed. The website informed me of the 1 free parking spot across the street. I had a great experience and highly recommend it.

Fantastic. The person helping us (Melanie perhaps?) was super knowledgeable, upbeat and helpful. Saved us money by telling us something we could mail in directly and got us on our way as fast as possible. Great to have this on campus. Thank you!

I was dreading going into a building to start the passport process until I emailed UA Passports. Melanie responded quickly and helped ease my anxiety. Getting a passport could not have been easier. The whole process took 10 minutes from beginning to end with the most friendly and professional assistance. UPDATE: I got it! I received my passport in the mail in less than 3 weeks of original application(it was supposed to be 6-8). I can only assume I was approved within 8 days of them receiving my application because everything was in order including the photo. Thanks again for all your help!

Do you guys do same day passport?nI have an upcoming trip in 2 weeks and still didn’t hear for my children passports, the National center not giving me if my passports will be here soon or not . The international destination I’m going required visa for Americans .nPlease help us , we been under stress for over 2 weeks now .nPlease help

Horrible, parking is $4, free parking advertised a total joke. Office opens and closes at various hours without notice. Stay away and take your biz to other locations. They blame covid, but we all know these are helpless gov employees prolonging bad management.
