After having a horrible experience with a previous Tire shop I decided to try Embassy as I had heard some wonderful things from a few people about them, from the moment I stepped into their showroom they were kind and courteous and listened to my issues so they could help me get exactly what I was looking for. Not only were they able to order me the exact wheels I was looking for, but they got me into a better set of tires and a more expensive set of wheels than the previous shop but they were actually cheaper! I have since taken my wife's car in for an oil change and tire rotation as I signed up for their Diamond subscription service and they are fast too. Overall well done gentleman! I will be coming back and telling everyone I can about your service, especially with a lot of tire shops these days being dishonest with their customers and pawning them off because your not in their little social circles. I am overly excited to return once my wheels and tires arrive!
Kindest workers, never rip you off. Junior got me in and out in limited time with a great deal for four new tires. A diamond hidden in the rough.
My whole family has been going to Embassy Tires since I was small. I now go to them for all my car needs, they are the most decent, kind, HONEST family owned business in Tucson. I would recommend them to anybody I love and care for. They have many locations but 22nd and Park is my favorite.
Amazing customer service, no wait, and affordable prices. Will not go to anyone other than Embassy. Marco and his son treat you like family.
