Had a nice, week-long stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable, it prompted me to shop for the same mattress they use! I slept amazing! The courtyard area is beautiful and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Terrible experience... set up a reservation online and was told upon arrival that I hadn't payed yet and needed to pay to check in. Had to spend an hour on the phone to get it resolved. Still haven't recieved my over charge refund... also the whole place smells like a cats litter box. Not even exaggerating. If you've ever stayed in a double tree, don't expect the same quality here. It's a nasty building with some decent furniture in it.i literally would rather have spent my money at a super 8 if I would have known how sub par this place is

It was a beautiful property. The suite we had was immaculate. Patrick the person at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The beds look inviting however there are too firm. It was a great location and not far from downtown to song which had a lot of eateries dear the University.

I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond member and have high floor preference on my profile. When checked in at the getting desk, I was assigned a room on the 1st floor. Asked for higher floors then was given a room on the 2nd floor. Asked again then finally given a room on the 3rd. What in the world, Hilton? This is how you treat your highest level of member?

Hotel has a nice look, but everything is so outdated and old.nnThe shower also had yellowing caulk and grout lines. The drain was also clogged to you were standing in the dirty water during your shower.nnCould use a little maintenance.
