I would highly recommend East Lawn Palms to anyone who has lost a loved one. The professionalism and compassion the staff showed really helped make the transition smooth and memorable. Elise, Butch and the entire staff were instrumentle in helping us with the final arrangements for our beloved mother. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I had gotten a contract with Dignity - East Lawn Palms Mortuary for my mother and when she passed away 9 months later, everything was in place. My mother's remains had to be sent over to California to be buried at a national cemetery with my father, and everything went very smoothly. Clare Benson ensured that the Dignity over in CA knew what I needed and interfaced with them often. Communication between Clare and myself was wonderful and she answered every question I had about all the details. I recommend her and East Lawn Palms highly.
East Lawn Palms provided outstanding service when my sister died. The staff was professional, kind, compassionate and extremely helpful in fulfilling my sister’s final wishes. They were always available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend East Lawn Palms for anyone deciding where their loved ones will have their final testing place.
