The staff here is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. They have always had what I needed in stock and we're always willing to make sure that I had all my bases covered. Their business service is also great!

Our Surface Pro 4's screen went on the fritz. I could still navigate and use the touch screen perfectly, but it was flickering like no one's business. I was able to lookup and see our warranty expired nearly 2 years ago, but was hoping for a miracle as I don't really have it in the budget to buy a new laptop.nnWe took our SP4 to the Microsoft store and they were able to get us in right when we got there. Of course when we booted up the computer it was fine. No flickering, no nothing. Just a good-to-go computer. I recorded it on my phone was able to show him what was up, but before my short video was done another employee had brought over a white box with something in it.nnThe dude helping us was super cool and was joking with us. He said good news, we can get your computer replaced under the extended 3 year warranty for this issue. Bad news, we don't have the SP4, BUT we do have a SP5 for you! Way better than what I was ever expecting! We got a newer computer and didn't have to spend a dime for it.nnThis Microsoft's store customer service was exceptional. The Host(?)(guy who checked us in) got us sodas while we waited, the employees were just super great people! Thanks for making it such an enjoyable experience for my wife and I!

Most helpful people they really care about helping you. They brought me a water bottle as i waited as well super sweet people honestly would go to this store over the Apple store any day.

Awesome service as always!! They switched out our not working laptop with the new one no questions asked (it was under warranty).. we didn't even have to sit down and go through the sales pitch, we drew and played on the computers the whole time. Love this store and their customer service.
