V.I.P. Nails

First off I want to say these people just rush you out the door. Secondly all the tools they use for a manicure are NOT Sterile at all. The guy pulled the tools from the drawer and all of the tools were covered with previous customers nail debris. Thirdly the guy used a dermal tool that was gross looking and not cleaned and scrapped the hell out of my nails. He thought he did a good job. Obviously not! I wouldn't be surprised if customers get a nail fungus infection. CLEAN YOUR EQUIPMENT!

Have never had an issue with them until now. Went in for a set, saw a flaw on a nail and asked for it to be fixed. The tech instantly got upset and began to file it down as he was doing so the nail looked nothing like the rest. Brought it up to his attention both him and his wife began to yell to take them off if I didn’t like them. I only asked for one nail to be fixed! POOR customer service, telling me there’s other clients waiting but not addressing my need. It sucked to pay for something that I did not ask for and that was NOT fixed.

Been there 3 times since moving here from miami back in July an they are pretty good.

i went to get my eyebrows waxed nd the girl litterally took off half of my eyebrows. dont go to this place for your eyebrows, i wanna cry.

I went in today because I had chipped a nail after getting my nails done here on Saturday. I said I wanted it fixed before my vacation and Amy looked at the nail, recommended something different and only charged the difference between the manicure I had gotten and the one she did! I’ve never been happier with my nails and I can’t wait to see how they stand up during my trip. I have been here several times and am always happy with their work!
