Great customer service. I appreciate Tamara and Bill greatly. They have been very patient and helpful as they get this newbie up and running with a pellet stove/fireplace that came with my condo. Im hearing impaired so it makes it challenging but they have been very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend ud83dudc4c
We asked for an estimate for a fireplace insert. The guys came out and were on time and very knowledgeable. They measured and gave us great information. We then went to the office and ordered the insert. The office staff is great. So far the professionalism and their knowledge is super. We should have in 3-6 weeks. Let you know more then.
The young man that serviced our pellet stove was great. He was polite and effecient and we would recommend him to anyone. The whole staff there was really nice and easy to work with.
