I don't have much need for office supplies. I went there to send a UPS parcel. As I was looking for the counter, a clerk asked if I was looking for UPS (box in hand), directed me, and proceeded to help me. What I was most impressed by was the work that has been done to make shopping safe during the pandemic. Markings are very visible and easy to understand. There's a box at the door to dispose of used mask/gloves. Whoever did the planning was very competent.

Ms. Carol was awesome with customer service , She made it a pleasant shopping expirience . Good Job !
