Seriously the nicest people. I ordered a refrigerator in Sept 2020. It wasn't a typical fridge, so I couldn't just buy one off the floor. Because of covid and all the issues surrounding it, I didn't get my fridge until March 2021. Mark at EZ stayed in contact with me and offered alternatives. I wanted something specific, so I was willing to wait. They guys who delivered it were really nice as well.

We got to our cabin in Cloudcroft and found that our refrigerator had burned up. I called EZ TV & Appliance, and they had the small sized unit that we needed to fit in a small space. And the best part was that they delivered it the same day. Everyone was so very friendly. I will be happy to buy from them again!

Very informative and well organized showroom & pleasant staff. They had many different models & options on site so you could see how they worked yourself. Prices were as expected with sale items & delivery was available. They really seemed to care about the community, wearing masks & supplying hand sanitizer. Very happy with experience will return.

Tried local first to get a TV and paid same as best buy. Never figured that and didn't have to drive to Las Cruces. Fast and friendly.
