Jon was so awesome. Very polite and customer service was above and beyond. I found so many great items and look forward to visiting there again. Great Store.

We found the furniture we wanted. The furniture was good quality at a good price. Jon our salesman was very nice and courteous. They delivered our furniture the next day which was much appreciated. The delivery men were careful with the furniture and the were very courteous.

Furniture quality is great, customer service not so great. Salesperson told us battery pack came with the recliner I just purchased . When it was delivered, no battery pack. Called the store and was told the battery packs are 299. Dollars. Paid 1999. 00 Also purchased an end table, still waiting on it to be delivered. Purchased December 18, today is January 7. First telephone call lady told they had not received any transport trucks the week, second call oh yes my table is in the Ruidoso store but Hobbs store has to set up a delivery . Paid 249.00 for the 5 star delivery, lol JOKE. Well just to follow up with ,my salesperson, Melissa called me today and apologized several times. She said she did tell me it came with a battery pack and that they did send me one(without charging me) along with my table. So the whole situation has been resolved. Thank you Melissa for stepping Up and owning the error, I so appreciate that.

Once again we're overly satisfied friends of Miller Waldrop. Leah for a number of years now had been our rep and our needs for home furnishings are always met. We also have a great report with the rest of the staff both front end and warehouse. We'll be back soon.nDan and Nicole Beach
