We had never had a water softener or RO system before so I had a lot of questions and was shopping around. Torrey was very kind and helpful and let me know that her husband, Michael could answer some of my more technical questions when he got back to the office. Michael called me a short time later and we scheduled a time to meet and look at the house right away. Michael was full of information and left me confident in his product and abilities. We scheduled installation for later in the week and everything went smooth. Professional from start to finish and the system looks and works great.

Best softener I've ever had. Service is excellent. Uses no electricity. the drinking water is awesome. The water is sooooo soft. Clothes wash clean with less soap. If we gotta have them. This is the one.
