Had a pretty bad experience with them. Was applying to rent a home paid them $70 for my applications just for the lady to call me and cut me off mid sentence with “have a good day” and hung up. I was in tears at work because she hung up on me! Didn’t even give me a chance to say anything! The guy I spoke to first was very kind wish I would of dealt with him but the lady named Kristie was very rude! Would not recommend this place!

I hope this review can help someone else avoid what I’ve had to go through with ERA. If I could give less than one star I would. And if I could post pictures I would because they would speak for themselvesnnThe property management at ERA is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve bought homes, rented out homes, and rented homes through other services before, and never had such neglectful service...nnI voiced my concerns to property management about the reeking carpet that had been covered up by the smell of bug spray when I first looked at the home, and I also told the property management that I was shocked that the house had still never been cleaned as of one day before my move in- and, when I say never cleaned- I mean, it was obvious that the tenants before me literally just picked up their belongings and left without ever cleaning!nnProperty manager, Kristie Davis could not have cared less and couldn’t even be bothered to come check it out for herself.nnI sent her pictures of the attached shed covered in mouse poop, back walls of kitchen cabinets covered in roach feces, as well as the pantry, and a back window- uncovered by my own chopping away at overgrown bushes against the back of the house- that some insulation was just thrown up behind before someone built a bathtub on the other side. Have these people ever even heard of a final inspection? And can they spell PANDEMIC???nnI’d love to be able to shout out ERA owner, Shawn Oswalt’s praises like I’ve heard others do, but he was unwilling to do anything for me either, so, unfortunately I cannot.nnSo now I’m forced to take them to court to get my rent back on a house that I could never live in because of all of the health code violations!nnSteer clear of ERA!!!

The home below was cleaned professionally, along with the carpets prior to the tenant moving in, as are all of our homes. The tenant began moving in and called us so we had it cleaned again. Once this was done we got yet another call from the tenant wanting it cleaned again. The owner of the home said that it was not necessary and the tenant got upset and moved out. She was refunded her security deposit and we did everything on our end to please her but it just was not enough and there were definitely no health code violations. The home rented again before she was even all the way out and we didn't have to even clean it again for the new tenant and the new tenant is very happy with the home.

I purchased from Shawn and he was fantastic! I also rented for the last 6 months and the new property management team has been very helpful. I would want all of my friends and family to use this business for any real estate needs.

Very nice people in this company. Friendly and knowledgeable.
