Hampton Inn & Suites Silverthorne, CO

The manager and hotel staff, except one individual on the night shift, were awesome, and provided excellent customer service. The facility was clean, and in good maintenance. The facility is not at the normal standard of a Hampton Inn and Suites. There are other hotel chains, in the area that are comparable to this Hampton, and significantly less costly.

The room was clean and stocked. Staff was professional and friendly. Staff and guests were all wearing masks, being safe. My only surprise/issue is that I brought homemade burritos. Was going to hear them in the micro in the room. To my surprise, this room did not have a micro. First time in over 10yrs of hotels all over. No micro in the room. I ate cold burritos, went to work the next day, grabbed something hot on the way. Nice hotel, just make sure your room has a micro if you are planning on using one.

Very clean and Covid safe. Individual wrapped breakfast. Extremely polite staff. Beds were extremely comfortable. Nice place to stay. Cute pool area.

I booked couple nights during Thanksgiving, we liked the rooms they were very clean, the receptionist was very helpful, so was the crew, They were amazing and so friendly.nnWe liked the hot breakfast too, however it was during COVID-19, it was simplified breakfast. we enjoyed the coffee and everything.nThe swimming pool was clean, my kids liked the hot tub, I enjoyed using the gym.nWe definitely will back again.

I did book my reservation on Expedia. 3 days prior to arrival date, I changed my reservation and the Expedia person had to call the hotel to make the change. I had him check with the hotel again (since they did it at time of reservation), that my room is accessible with a roll in shower. This is because I’m a injured veteran. I was assured the room had a roll n shower. I get there after a 500mi drive and I was informed they have no such rooms since it’s a “older hotel”. The manager did say they have two rooms with tubs but a flip down seat..I have no clue how that would work, but after entering the room, I noticed the room wasn’t accessible at all. No seat in the shower, low toilet and tight for a wheelchair.. I told the front desk how disappointed I was since I need these items. All I got was a blank look., I rolled away stating how could u rent a room over $200 a day to a disabled person without it being accessible? I was there 3 nights and the front desk ppl didn’t even say hi or bye. Oh well, live and learn
