Consulate of Nicaragua in San Francisco

If I could give a 0 start I would. This places suck for been a “governmental agency”. The people is so rude when you call to asked questions you get the worse answers ever not helpful at all. I been waiting for my passport for over a 9 months now. I understand the whole pandemic issue but I order my passport in January. And every time I call I get nothing. Today, I call November 19th, 2020 and the male employee that answer the phone and the phone hang up. Then send me a text message super unprofessional saying “escribe un message”. The employees don’t care to do a okay job to help there own community. This is not going to be my first and only complaint. So unhappy with this embassy not helpful at all. They need new stuff that would care to help their citizens and do a good job not a mediocre half job.

They never answer that phone, really bad service for a embassy

I mailed in my daughter's application for birth. It was received on a Friday and that same day a lady from the consulate called me to confirm my transaction by Monday I had my child's document's in hand. No drama. Previously I had called to make sure I had everything I needed and Denis was very polite and kind.
