Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco

Service was excellent with every single staff in this office that I’ve communicated. This was the best experience among all government offices of any country that I’ve dealt with in the past. Phone calls was answered quickly, voice message was returned promptly. It was pleasant and easy talking to the staffs. High praise to TECO in San Francisco. One small flaw is the application requirement on the Chinese version and the English version of authentication application is inconsistent on the website(better explained and updated in the Chinese version).

Thank you to Receptionist and Visa Dept. gentleman (names withheld for privacy) who called me to day at around 09:30 today. You’re professionalism and excellent services reassures me. I am grateful of the time you took for the information, despite how busy you both must be with the COVID-19 influx of inquiries. For the other negative reviewers, have more empathy. Based on my great experience with TECO SF, they are doing all they can to help us.

I just called the new number ending with 5392 and my call was answered right away. Even though Mandarin is my second language the young lady I spoke with was very professional, polite and helpful. I am impressed. Viva Taiwan!!! :)

Unhappy on this application. I applied my diploma in past 2 weeks. Still waiting for their updates. Do not know what did they do. Come on! I did the payment out of US. If you provide free service on the application, I can endure it. This attitude will be laid-off easily in my country.... Governments....

never reply the phone call, not sure why Taiwan government needs this useless office at all.
