5 stars are simply not going to do justice! In my life, I've had the pleasure of meeting quiet a few consular officers. All kind, reasonable, and helpful, but by far, none can compete with how patient, understanding and supportive these guys are. Mary directly helped with my application for visa that I needed in a fraction of the normal processing time. All the questions I had were listened to carefully, responded clearly and all made happen in an unbelievably, short time. The experience was so well that I was ready to post a review they deserve, regardless of the results, whether accepted or not, but all tanks to this team, we also got the visa on time.

For me, the best thing about this office is that the staff have empathy---they really care about those of us living abroad. Empathy is a rare thing with the governments of anywhere. These people deserve our thanks for responsiveness and kindness, as well as competence.

I went here to apply for Ireland business short stay visa, and was amazed by how quick and efficient everything was. I went around 11am during weekday, there was absolutely no one so I didn't have to wait. Infact I had to ring the bell to call the staff. She was super friendly, unlike my experience at some other embassies. Took my documents and verified against the checklist. I explained my situation that I needed the passport back ASAP since I was also applying for Schengen and Singapore visas the next day. She offered to give me back the passport right then, and that they would call me once visa is ready so I can bring back my passport for stamping, which she said takes 2 minutes. I was super surprised at this level of flexibility and was beyond grateful to her for saving the day!nnThe building doesn't have sign boards at the entrance, so look up on Maps for address. The folks at the lobby will check your ID and direct you to the elevator - the Consulate is on the 33rd floor. Hope you find the review helpful, and good luck!
