The WORSE!! I’ve been trying to get my passport for almost a year now, every time I go there is always one excuse.nSomeone should help us !! There’s no service at all since they NEVER answered the damn phone or emails.nDoes anyone know where can we all file a complaint regarding this embassy??

Very unprofessional workers only because of need of a form of ID is why I went to this place.nn-updatenI tried to make an appointment 2 months ago online I was hoping to now that their open to get a response. NOTHING.nnI tried calling for the past three days. NOTHING. Line is always busy.nnI bet there’s a lot of people like me just waiting. you guys need to change your system of appointments!!! Full of disappointment with this place.

You guys need to update your phone System also you Call Center, that is not way to comunicate with you guys to scheduled an appointment really poor Service
