One of the most friendly and helpful staff of any consulate I’ve ever worked with. they are responsive to email and friendly in person. We can’t wait to visit the Netherlands!

Had called the consulate to check if I can apply for Shengen visa on expired US Visa. The call center lady was helpful, calm and understanding. Patiently listened to me and the situation and guided me. Very good experience.

The staff at the consul are professional and helpful. I had a few correspondence via email before making an appointment for MVV, the communication was speedy and efficient. It helped clear a lot of confusion regarding the process. Upon learning that I had already bought tickets to Amsterdam during my appointment, my application was expedited and I received the MVV sticker in two days. Very friendly and resourceful staff.
