Eagle Lines was very responsive and helpful when we called. They called to let us know what time they would arrive on the day of the move. The movers knew what they were doing and was very fast and efficient. Everything was pack up neatly as there was no damages to our items. The manager also called me later to ask how everything went. It was a nice touch. I was extremely happy with the service. Definitely would recommend.

I would highly recommend not to use this movers. Communication is bad, the manager is rude and even accused us of trying to think it was free or something like that. And our stuff came in late and when the truck driver came in he did help us move our stuff to our room, only to a different floor and we had to take it up the elevator to our room. Very bad service, please read reviews before considering them because we made a mistake of not doing so and had to suffer the consequences. I took the time to read the reviews after and it’s all the same as well. The manager is highly rude. Bad service. Wish I could give it 0.0, they don’t even deserve the one star I selected. Such poor awful service.

I would not recommend using this moving company. They did not arrive at the scheduled time for packing up my apartment, the estimate I was given was much less than what I ended up being charged, and the day they delivered the items a week and a half later, the truck could not access the property they did not tell me it was an 18-wheeler truck with low ground clearance that would be delivering my items. This meant that I had to go rent a uhaul right at that moment and was charged an additional amount of money so they could unpack my items from their truck, into the uhaul, and then unpack the items again once the uhaul accessed the property. When I reached out to customer service about this, I was essentially told it was my fault that I didn't know the truck would not be able to access the property. On top of all of that, while unloading my items, a piece of furniture broke because the men who packed my items did not dis-assemble the item like they were supposed to (according to the gentleman who did the unloading). It's been over two months since I moved and I still have not received any reimbursement for my broken furniture and the customer service for Eagle Lines has stopped responding to any of my emails. Terrible company. Don't use them.

I am a real estate professional in Boston. I've used and recommended many moving companies in the last 5 years. I highly recommend Eagle Lines. They're professionalism, reputable service, and affordable pricing sets them apart from other companies I've researched. Additionally, they can store your furniture in between moves!
