I ordered new appliances from Home Depot, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and Microwave and RAS was scheduled to deliver all four appliances at 7am to Cambridge, MA. They called in advance to inform me of their arrival. Upon arrival there was no parking space directly in front of my home so they just left and said I needed to re-schedule delivery. There was no indication on their web site or phone call of that requirement. Any good delivery company would know that finding parking in Cambridge or anywhere in the city at 7am is unreliable especially directly in front of the delivery address. I hope HD dumps their business and finds someone with more experience.

Ordered a Gas Range from Home Depot which they delivered. It was supposed to include installation and removal of old range. Neither happened due to lack of communication between Home Depot and RAS. Delivery people were nice but we didn’t know you had to have the Range disconnected before hand so they couldn’t take the old one away. Said they would come back and pick it up and gave us a number to call. Boston customer service was horrible and he kept putting me on mute so he wasn’t even listening to me. His name was Anthony not sure if it was his real name. Wouldn’t let me speak to s supervisor. Kept telling me they couldn’t come back to take the old one away till a week away. Inexcusable customer service. Called Home Depot and they got me a better return date. I would not do business with them again ever! Rude and incompetent.

This company was outsourced by Home Depot to deliver a refrigerator and remove an old one per the haul away option. The evening before I was given the window of 11 am to 3 pm. This is normal, and running a property management company, I order appliances many times over the course of the year.nnI was alerted they were coming at about 10:15 am, so I scrambled to have one of my staff to meet them on site. When I got there, the driver and his assistant said they won't do it. Do what?, you ask, remove the old fridge and bring up the new fridge, per the very simple and specific task they were hired to do. They said it wouldn't fit. Funny, that the old fridge went up the same hallway, and the smaller fridge that I ordered to replace the broken fridge was measured to fit...albeit this was tight, and even noted that this was a tight fit on the delivery order.nnAfter them saying g they wouldn't even attempt to do this, they wheeled the refrigerator I ordered and paid for back onto their truck. I told them not to take my Refrigerator, yet they continued to lower the lift gate and move the fridge onto the lift gate. I stepped on the lift gate demanding, again, not to take the appliance away. At this point, the passenger physically pushed me off the lift gate and drove away.nnI need to reiterated this point. They didn't attempt to haul old fridge, they didn't attempt to bring new fridge up to the apartment, they didn't listen to leave the fridge, and they physically put hands on me as I was demanding them to do their job. They spend away with my appliance. In between angry phone calls, I and my handyman, both being unprepared to do so, moved the old refrigerator out ourselves.nnAfter 4 hours on the phone with Home Depot, who outsource all of this and deny any responsibility on this, I was able to get another delivery out today 7/30 (this whole story was from yesterday 7/29). I am unsure if this is same company, but delivers today were fantastic. What the first group refused to do, the second group did in 7 minutes. 7 minutes!nnMoral of the story, lots of people don't want to do their jobs. RAS has delivers that refused to do their job, didn't try, didn't listen to the customer, and actually pushed a customer off their lift gate demanding they give the fridge that was ordered, paid for, and actually at site. While there will be a counter arguement as to why I, a customer was on the lift gate, it was an attempt to get them to stop reloading the fridge they already unloaded and then reloaded because they didn't want to do their jobs. This is criminal. RAS should be embarrassed and as a customer, disgusted with them and Home Depot.

We had a gas range delivered by RAS and the delivery couldn't have been smoother. They called a half hour before delivery, within the time window that was given to us and the men were very polite and even offered to help replacing items we had moved to make delivery smoother. I would highly recommend them

A team of 2 men delivered my fridge yesterday and one of them stole my husbands sunglasses. I called RAS and this was escalated for someone to call me back, when they called back the woman said that they asked and the man denied taking the sunglasses, OBVIOUSLY he wouldn't admit to stealing. RAS did not care one bit that this man stole from my house.
