I had a great experience with Smart Penny. Michael was helpful and responsive in providing details/logistics/accurate pricing timing in advance of my move. The moving team, worked quickly and efficiently to move all my furniture and belongings. Future was wrapped and tapped to ensure it was not damaged in the move process.

We have used a few different moving companies in the past years and Smart Penny has been great! The rate was reasonable with no special charge for our upright piano. Although they were not the fastest, the bed assembly was the best we’ve had! Our bed feels sturdier than when it was moved the last time. I would highly recommend Smart Penny.

We hired Smart Penny for a couple of hours to unload our truck into our apartment. From the moment I booked this company to the completion of our move in, everything went so smoothly. The men showed up on time, were patient as we figured out the loading dock, and worked quickly and professionally to accomplish the task. They took amazing care of our boxes and belongings, and even wore masks for COVID protection despite the heat and exhaustion. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Highly recommend Smart Penny! The Move Coordinator who arranges the move is very professional, very helpful and everything is automated from signing the contract to online payment. The movers are also very professional, very efficient and careful with your belongings. In addition, for our move, they had to stack a lot into our basement. They did a great job carefully stacking to minimize space used while being careful that nothing will be damaged.

I had a very positive experience with Smart Penny Moving. Once I responded to their website I got a call back within minutes from Michael. He was very professional and promptly gave me a written quote. Details were then available on their website.nThe move couldn't have gone better. Two movers arrived on time, moved things out with no bumps/no breakages, then moved it all in at the new apartment just where I wanted everything. I have no hesitation in recommending these movers.
