I guess I was not the only one treated horribly by the staff, so at least they don't discriminate.nnThe vehicles are new and pretty good. So you'll still got the work done. Just have to bare with really rude staff.
Great service! Liked the key drop off after office hours: I returned the truck by 9:00 PM.
Horrible horrible customer service. Made an appointment. Told us he doesn’t have the part the day before, but told us we could try to look for it. We found one, bought it, and called back but he had moved our appointment to day later without asking us. We arrived at 8am, the time of our appointment, and he said he had moved our appointment days back still. Even after being on the phone and on hold with uhaul and being told we would have an 8am appointment. We needed it today, that’s why we booked the appointment. Extremely rude. Do not go here.
One of the biggest uhauls ive seen Super! The inside is super clean and customer service is top notch!
Awful service. Two employees working. Neither could be bothered to help in any way. One was watching Youtube videos on her phone out loud about breast replacements. Interesting.
