What superb service.! Mr Mohammed arranged for my mother’s rug to be picked up. They cleaned, repaired, wrapped and sent the rug to me in another state. The rug is perfect. I am thrilled.
My mother dropped a rug off for cleaning in July and they lost her rug. 5 months later and noone has contacted her with an update and they are not doing anything to compensate her. Unbelievable.

I brought my oriental rug to Koko Bodakian’s in Winchester and they did a great job. I drove a half an hour out of my way because they are experts in rug cleaning.nI wouldn’t trust anybody else with my rugs.
