The staff member at the Mattress Firm store in Fresh Pond Shopping Center could not have been more helpful and friendly. He asked questions about our mattress needs and informed us about what might be best In our case. Mark showed us many models from which we could choose our best fit. Then, he gave us plenty of time to try out and consider all the models. Easy decision!nnMy aunt loves the new mattress! It was an excellent purchase experience.

Best place ever. The manager Mike was able to find me something comfortable for my back within 2 minutes. Very friendly guy who is knowledgeable about everything. I highly recommend this place especially because of the crazy discounts they are currently offering!
