I pretty much knew what I wanted when I entered the store, but Annette was very kind and helpful in placing my order during the tax-free weekend. It took three months for the dresser to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I think you get what you pay for, with quality, locally made furniture. I also purchased a bed from Circle (also made by Woodforms out of Foxboro, MA) earlier this year and returned to purchase the dresser a few months later. I'm very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend. Also, great delivery!

I could not have been more pleased with my experience shopping at Circle Furniture Cambridge. I went in looking for a Stressless recliner after a very brief email exchange on the topic a few months ago. Upon entering the store, Annette (the designer) offered to take me to where the Stressless chairs were on display. On the way there, I mentioned that I'd emailed briefly with Georgianna (the store manager) who, as it turned out, was heading up the stairs just in front of us. She asked my name and, to my surprise, remembered exactly which chair I'd inquired about so long ago. The two of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, without being in any way insistent. They worked closely with me, encouraging me to try every Stressless chair to ensure that I chose the one right for me. I know that I will get years of enjoyment from my new Stressless Wing recliner and, because of their kindness and professionalism, Circle Furniture Cambridge has earned my loyalty for future furniture purchases.

I just heard a lady in the store notify employees there were dead bugs on the first floor. They shined her on.nnBeing nosy checked it out. Low and behold.nnI was hoping to order some items with them but bruh. At this price point you need to have responsive employees and clean showrooms. Super disappointed.nnHopefully their distribution center is pest free. Still may order from them yet. I love the idea of buying local, but pestilence, while very on-brand for 2020, would be a nightmare and at these prices should be a non issue.
