I ordered 2 duralex baking dishes. I received them a week ago. Used one today and there is a crack in the glass on the bottom. I am so disappointed. These were suppose to be the best out there. That is why I paid 50 dollars for both of them. Im not sending it back because it is very heavy and the postage would be more then the dish. I was so excited to receive these and now I can't use it.
It’s always a joy to shop at Local Root! I can rely on them to have high quality products at a variety of price options, and they give excellent customer assistance. They don’t always have full inventory on the website (I only know this from having been in the store and having seen how extensive their collection is), but I just call the store and they fill in the blanks. no point in ordering from amazon when shopping local is so easy and reliable.
