The old man that works there is extremely rude have dellt with multiple times. The app never works have rentes 4 time with app at this location only able to get it to work twice after fighting for 30 minutes have Been double charged. Will nevwr use again even though they are the closest.

I Went in for info on renting a storage unit few weeks ago I Was welcomed when I walked in the door. We reviewed room rates Walked me to see 2 rooms. I chose the climate controlled unit, I reserved a 12’ trailer to go one way to Georgia last Saturday. My Reservation was for 10 am I was running late tying up loose ends called once and was told no problem will extend, was close by and knew I was going to miss my extended time stopped in lady and I apologize for not knowing her name told me relax no worries and bumped time out a few more hours. I finally picked the trailer up and dealt with the Manager, after arriving back home to begin loading quickly noticed a minor issue with the trailer and had to go back. The Manager again greeted me and said what’s up after short discussion we went outside he fixed it himself. I have dealt with Both the ladies that work there as well as the Manager over the past month with zero issues.

I would give them zero star if I could. Doesn't care about customer, waiting to take our ubox out for hours. Until you start moving around and keep showing your face to the employees they wont do anything and keep you waiting. I think the business can spend some money and have some more employees. The employees are not rude but the wait is crazy. Avoid if you can.

Employee behind the counter was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I took my businesses to the east providence u haul location where the employees are competent

I order and pay extra for shipping for a trailer hitch and installation .the day of installation I left work early to make it on time . the hitch never got to the store and nobody call me to let me know ........
