As a previous worker I can say conditions in this store were apualing. The staff did not have a proper break room, instead recieving a chair next to the loading dock. The registers would crash at least once every 2 or 3 days due to the company refusing new working registers. The head manager was very cynical, often playing favourites with workers, and barely acknowledging other staff members concerns about the location. Improper sanitation, and stock8ng conditions, leaving boxes in lanes making tripping hazards, and not cleaning stained in carpets. Also as a worker we didnot have proper bathrooms, one was broken and went without fixing for a year total. And the other having period blood and fiecies smeared on walls. The managers activly ignored requests for help and register problems to prioritize ciggarette breaks leading to line hold ups. Managers also would activly take longer breaks despite having shorter hours than some workers. Head manager Trisha would also actively berate customers to their face or even behind their backs or to other customers, aswell as descriminate against certain customers in her libe by closing register, even durring rush. Dollar tree as a company has seemingly swept this locations short comings under the rug due to the locations high intake of funds and persoanl, non company related ties to the head manager. This location does a diservice to the dollar tree brand and name and shpuld not be allowed to remain under current management, especialy in a pandemic they actively do not enforce mask laws or proper hugenic regulations durring.

Staff was great . The issue was a woman was in there , NO MASK , and I learned it was for a hour .. just walking around like nothing matters.. Very ignorant. Also kids running around and two parents who cared less ! Horrible ! Get with it people!
