Received a $400 end table as a gift a few months ago. When the gift was bought they were told as along as it wasn’t used and had the receipt it would be able to be returned. When I went today with the table and receipt they told me they wouldn’t take it back. I spent a few thousand there last year and was about to spend another $2500 today to complete a set.nI ended up saving money ordering it online anyways. That’s bad business!nThe guy sucked to be honest. I tried to ask if they had a return policy and he acted like he didn’t hear me. I asked again and got a one word answer “no”.nPlace is over priced too
I was shocked by the size of the showroom and selection. They have a huge variety of different outdoor furniture wicker, teak, aluminum and even marine grade polymer. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They've got all the accessories you could need to like cushions, umbrellas, and firepits. Now I just need to get my wife to agree on a set!
Just shopped at Porch and Patio and bought the outdoor set of my dreams! They have an endless selection, with great customer service!
