My husband, son, and I were greeted by a smiling Shawn Cundy as we entered your store. Shawn was so knowledgeable and we found him very easy to work with. He showed us different features of each piece of furniture we inquired about. I also liked the fact that he wasn’t pushy at all. We ended up buying a sectional along with end tables, lamps, and a coffee table!nWe were also so impressed with the cleanliness of your showroom and how it was constantly being sanitized!nWe will be back! Jeremy was a perfect and patient salesman and very low pressure, which we appreciate. We must have done 20 laps and he waited for our exacting tastes and was ready with recommendations. Very knowledgeable and had all the answers we needed to make an informed decision. Awesome customer service experience and we will be back for any future furniture needs. The manager Carrie also assisted us and went out of her way to get the best possible outcome for us.
We have been looking for a year for a dining set we liked ,preferably real wood. They have the ability to design exactly what you want and order it. We wont receive it for about 8 weeks so I cant speak to any other part of process. What I like is they have people to greet you and assist if needed or let you just walk around and look .
Having never been to Raymour and Flanigan we were greeted by sales agent Jeremy Pierce who explained details on a few mattresses. Jeremy was professional, courteous and answered all questions we had.
