Good morning.. yesterday I called and checked on the status of my furniture that I had ordered in January .. all but one piece was in so I scheduled a delivery ... I was so happy to be finally getting my furniture but even happier with my customer experience I had on the phone with Denise.. she was so kind so helpful so friendly...that I called back later that .day and ordered another piece.. a mirror .. she answered and remembered me .. I have never received such great customer service as that . I had called in the morning on Saturday and near dinner time later that day and she still was as accommodating and helpful and most of all as nice as she was early that day.. so I have never written a review.. but from the minute we walked in the door .. with the furniture selection .. to our sales girl . And in the past we bought a sofa set from a salesman .. both were kind.. patient. And knowledgeable to yesterday’s phone call.. we give Jordan’s 10 stars!

I was guided through your beautiful store by one of your sales representatives by the name of Meredith. She was very attentive to my needs and when I found what I needed she was very knowledgeable about the product that I decided to buy.nThe products in the showroom are beautifully displayed, with very good taste and I find them of good quality.nI look forward to receiving my piece of furniture at my house in the middle of May. After a very bad experience with another store, I am hoping that you delivery service will be as good as the experience I had at your showroom. I will recommend your Warwick to anyone who asks me recommendations of a good furniture store. Thank you.

We were well pleased with Jordan. He spent time understanding our needs for a bar stools. Showed us various samples. Discussed coverings and styles of product as related to our pictures of the area in our home where they will be located. Spent nearly 1.5 hours deciding alternatives and our final choices ofnColor. Very helpful as we chose final color and material. Clearly explained how payment worked and choice related to warranty and future delivery and service. A very comfortable shopping experience overall !!

I am rewriting my review and re-posting. My most recent experience was remarkably better than last time. I was not happy with the mattress I purchased and Jordan’s was so accommodating through their sweet dreams program and allowed me to return my mattress and purchase a new one. I can’t wait to receive the new mattress! The people I spoke with were fantastic and super helpful. Thank you!!

My wife and I were looking for outdoor furniture for months now and finally found it at Jordan’s. It was a wonderful experience as Anthony was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He was perfect for us as he was not obtrusive or pushy. It was great because we found the perfect set at an unbelievable price. A great experience!
